The wonderful South Uist Gaelic singer Gillebrìde MacMillan has lived and worked in the Northern Spanish region of Galicia, a region that shares many similarities to the west coast of Scotland through the pipes and a common Celtic thread running through their traditions. Gillebrìde will offer this informal talk as a taster to the beautiful music to follow, which will feature singing from Julie, Rosa and Gillebrìde himself, and music from sought after instrumentalists Éamon Doorley, Alex Blanco and Matheu Watson.
